Hello, I am Karen Carberry and I set up our Estate Agent business in 2006.
I simply do what I do because I enjoy interacting with people, providing property advice from the knowledge that I have built up over the last 20 years in the industry. I love the journey of selling, letting and taking care of property maintenance projects.
I have a particular interest and skillset in guidance, recommending and mediating in all property related matters.
I also have a background in interiors, which allows me to do the best for my clients when they are presenting their property for sale, to rent and or just upgrade.
Carberry Gallagher are a small, compact team, this allows us to focus and offer a very personal service.

We are embarking on a new era of the Estate Agent. We became virtual to lower our carbon footprint.

To begin our new journey, we have decided to close of our offices in the Phoenix Park Racecourse. We are also committing to a move to electrical vehicles and are paperless.
Corporate Social Responsibility
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility, we support local community initiatives.
Karen regularly gives time to the elderly in the community and has recently become a member of the PTA representing Junior infants at St Brigid’s.
Carberry Gallagher have also teamed up with Reforestnation.ie to plant a tree for each new business transaction.
As a team at Carberry Gallagher we regularly volunteer our personal time to help raise and donate funds, and support local events. It connects us to our community and makes a big positive difference to how we feel.
